Job Summary
Autism Support Specialist role focused on serving adults with ID/DD. Responsibilities include developing, organizing and facilitating activities and programs at the center and in the community; coordinating flexible schedules (occasional nights & weekends); assisting referrals with benefits applications and informational resources; facilitating workshops and trainings relevant to the ASD population; developing outreach materials and programming; building community collaborations and partnerships; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to multitask with attention to detail; occasional travel within the Newton/South Norfolk & Metro-Boston area. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license; position is full-time with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
