Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies. Collect accurate session data, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress. Communicate professionally with families and attend ongoing training and team meetings. No prior ABA experience required; comprehensive paid training and mentorship are provided. Afternoon and evening schedules available between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM for children ages 3–17.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance and registration
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions
- Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with children
