Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community-based settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness; accurately record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment. Roles start part-time with afternoon or evening shifts; no prior ABA experience required as comprehensive training is provided. Willingness to commit to 6 months and to complete the 40-hour RBT course is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience and compassion
- Ability to work with children with Autism
- Commitment to 6-month minimum
- Completion of 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
