Job Summary
Autism Support Professional needed to assist a client with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, communication, and socialization; manage behavior and teach appropriate alternative behaviors; facilitate participation in community outings; and maintain accurate time sheet logs and person-centered notes. Bilingual preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications, direct support certification, at least 6 months direct autism experience, personal transportation, and pass state and federal background checks. Position is in-person in the Greater Hartford Area (Bristol, CT area).
