Job Summary
Join our team as an Autism Support Professional, providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. Part-time flexible hours with no prior experience required. Ideal for individuals in education-related fields.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Commitment to enroll in the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Personal experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
Additional Requirements
