Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans, while accurately recording session data via electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and maintain open communication with families. Deliver these services in clients' homes or community-based locations as a part-time role requiring a six-month commitment. RBT certification is required before working, with paid training provided for candidates without prior experience.

- RBT certification

- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
- Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations
- All positions start off part-time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
