Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans within clients' homes or community-based locations while accurately recording session data via electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment by connecting with families and maintaining a calm demeanor during challenging situations. This part-time role requires an RBT certification and a willingness to commit for six months, with paid training provided for those without prior experience. Candidates with backgrounds in early childhood development, childcare, or behavioral health are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
