Autism Specialist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full Training

Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children with autism in homes and schools under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans, accurately collect and record behavioral data, and communicate client progress to supervising clinicians. Build supportive relationships with clients and families while providing guidance to help generalize learned skills. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and strong communication abilities.
