Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, tracking client progress during sessions. Join a fast-moving team with available RBT training and coverage of training costs; opportunity for growth and flexible scheduling. Ideal for paraprofessionals, caregivers, teachers, or students pursuing education, psychology, or related fields who are passionate about making a difference in behavioral health. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapies, teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills, and maintaining data on client sessions while traveling to client homes. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to sessions; strong communication skills and energy to work with active keiki. Training provided for those without RBT certification, with travel reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm)
- Reliable transportation & comfortable driving to client sessions
- Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
