Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder; track client progress during sessions; utilize strong communication; maintain engaging, energetic interactions; training provided for RBT certification; part-time schedule (10–15 hours/week) with after-school availability; driving to client sessions required with reliable transportation; compensation $21–$28/hour (DOE); flexible schedule and travel reimbursement; prior experience in paraprofessional roles or related fields encouraged; supports growth through in-house training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm)
- You’ll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client sessions
- Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
