Job Summary
Autism & Mental Health Technician to provide managed care, support and training for adults with autism and mental health needs in homes, vocational settings, and broader communities; responsibilities include promoting vocation, functional daily living skills, community integration, communication, social skills, and general wellness; ensure safety and well-being, plan and organize daily activities to optimize programming, model pro-social and self-management skills, and handle emergencies; schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm; located in Cleveland, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Experience working with individuals with ASD adults and their families preferred
- Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
- Ability to perform with initiative and independent judgment
Desired Qualifications
