Job Summary
Provide Life Skills Coordination and 1-1 mental health counseling (QMHP) in community settings including clients' homes in the Greater Richmond area; follow Casey Life Skills modules and develop active treatment plans; transport clients to appointments and connect them with community resources; perform case management to meet basic needs; complete individualized service plans, monthly reports, and progress notes; participate in supervision and team meetings; flexible, full-time position with competitive hourly wage and benefits; supervision toward licensure available for licensed or licensed-eligible clinicians (LCSW/LPC).
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP
- Licensed or licensed-eligible as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience with children and/or adults in a mental health setting
- Ability to provide community-based services including home visits
- Case management and documentation including individualized service plans and progress notes
- Ability to participate in supervision and team meetings
