Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data electronically, and engaging with families. Flexible, part-time roles with potential for paid training, fellowship/internship opportunities to accumulate hours, and a 6-month commitment to impact children with autism. Requires RBT certification before working; no minimum case requirement; opportunities for advancement and referrals. Provide compassionate, patient care in clients' homes or community locations; no stated minimum caseload.
