Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as an integral member of the clinical team; record session data accurately; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families; collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. No prior experience required; paid training offered. Roles start part-time and may include afternoons/evenings; opportunity for entry into ABA and psychology fields.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
