Autism ABA Therapist (RBT) - Bloomsburg, PA

Provide 1-on-1 direct ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA and teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress. RBT responsibilities include completing company-provided RBT training and passing the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred), be comfortable working with children, be able to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds), possess strong communication skills for interacting with families, and have reliable transportation.
