Ensure authorizations are secured for the following day's patients or promptly notify office staff when delays occur. Manage all correspondence and enter detailed notes into the EMR system regarding interactions with insurance companies, patients, and billing personnel while following established workflows and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
