Job Summary
Process and track insurance authorizations, eligibility, and verification accuracy while auditing payor contracts and coordinating with internal staff on front-end fails. Lead team huddles and direct reports in the RCM Manager's absence, training new members and coaching for continuous improvement. Collaborate with billing, AR, and denial management teams to resolve collection efforts and handle sensitive client records with strict confidentiality. Make administrative decisions on payor-specific issues and communicate effectively with peers and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relative Revenue Cycle Experience
- Must be able to drive into the office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access) and CareConnect
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
- Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
- Adhere to established deadlines
- Results-driven with the aptitude to apply critical thinking skills and problem-solving
- Proven adaptability with a willingness to work both collaboratively and individually
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
