Authorisation Management Specialist

Job Summary
Authorisation Management Specialist responsible for managing access across systems for ~4,000 Retail NL Tech users, including authorisations, roles, user transfers, and terminations; improving access processes, driving adoption of role-based access control, and advising stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access within a complex banking environment. Works within Identity & Access Management to redesign access controls with DevOps, support large reorganisations, monitor access maturity via dashboards, and help prevent data breaches by maintaining secure access for colleagues. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) with at least 3 years of IAM experience, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Hybrid working arrangement offered (home and office balance).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IAM concepts such as authorization, authentication, and access control in complex environments
- Experience implementing role-based access control, preferably using One Identity tooling, with 2+ years of practical experience
- Knowledge of risk and security framework (e.g. R-IC, SAM)
- Experience with PowerBi, HALO ITSM, Azure DevOps, Cyberark or PBAC is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
