Job Summary
Authentication Service Product Owner within Compliance focusing on Authentication and Single Sign-On, with responsibility for defining requirements, translating strategy into Epics and User Stories, and owning the product backlog. Acts as primary interface between stakeholders and development teams, ensures features meet regulatory and real-world use cases, supports agile delivery, and collaborates with Engineering, Compliance SMEs, Sales, and Field teams. Role includes enabling features from the start, validating through testing, and may involve delivering technical training to support teams. Remote work option available; location: Australia (Mulgrave). Requires 8+ years of experience and degrees in science/engineering or equivalent work experience, with knowledge of GitHub, Kubernetes, and GMP-regulated authentication environments, and a background in driving compliant, fit-for-purpose product delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies and AI tools, such as GitHub and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) within a GMP-regulated environment
