Authentication Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate authentication inventory activities in a warehouse setting. Distribute received product to the Authentication department, sort and organize by level and category, scan and track items across Authentication locations, unpack and scan units transferred from other centers, and collaborate with the Photo/Rec teams to route exceptions. Maintain orderly Receiving and staging areas, operate a manual pallet jack, and uphold safety practices to minimize damage while supporting daily processing strategy and putaway flow.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to read and write in English
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate professionally
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Able to operate a manual pallet jack
- Comfort with repetitive tasks in a high-volume setting
