Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure materials and services, while assisting in creating offers, managing customer inquiries, and planning marketing actions. Manage procurement, sales, and marketing activities alongside supporting HR recruitment and organizing team training. Handle financial tasks including invoice processing, key figure analysis, payment monitoring, and financial report creation. Contribute ideas to various projects, support planning and execution, and deliver presentations. Maintain professional contacts, build networks, and organize meetings and events. Requires a secondary school leaving certificate with strong grades in math, German, and English, plus a commitment to active engagement and reflective development.
