Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries and act as a trusted problem solver for property owners via phone, email, or in-person with on-site managers. Collaborate with property managers to execute all aspects of property administration, including attending and supporting team meetings for preparation and follow-up. Learn to create documents relevant to property economics while working closely with colleagues in assistance and accounting. This apprenticeship combines practical experience with theory at the Municipal Vocational School in Munich.
