Job Summary
Prepare and present dishes using professional techniques for plant-based, meat, and fish options while adhering to hygiene standards. Manage guest interactions, provide personalized dietary consultations, and execute sales processes. Plan kitchen workflows, handle stock inventory, and develop menu proposals considering nutritional, economic, and ecological factors. Complete workplace-related written tasks and maintain accurate records. This apprenticeship begins August 1, 2026, at Welcome Hotel Bad Arolsen. Candidates must hold a completed school education and demonstrate German proficiency at level C1.
Required Qualifications
