Job Summary
Set up the event in the morning or pack down in the afternoon/evening. Remove donations from vehicles and place them onto trucks or shipping containers onsite. Transfer donations from trucks into shipping containers. Direct traffic during the shift. You must be 16+ years of age and fit to lift and carry bags or boxes of clothing for the duration of the event. Bring a reusable water bottle, closed-in comfortable shoes, and personal sun or rain protective gear. No experience is necessary; training is provided on the day. This one-day drive supports Australian Red Cross Shops to raise funds for humanitarian work in Australia and globally.
Required Qualifications
- Over 16 years of age
- Fit and able to lift and carry bags/boxes of donated clothing from vehicles for duration of shift
