Job Summary
Set up or pack down the event, removing donations from vehicles onto trucks or shipping containers onsite. Direct traffic and assist with loading items into containers. This one-day outdoor drive supports Australian Red Cross Shops in diverting goods from landfill to fund humanitarian work for vulnerable people. No experience is necessary; training is provided on the day. Wear closed-in shoes and bring a reusable water bottle and sun protection.
Required Qualifications
- Over 16 years of age
- Fit and able to lift and carry bags/boxes of donated clothing from vehicles for duration of shift
