Job Summary
Part-time, 12-month fixed-term remote role in Australia to identify, engage, and qualify prospective Hipcamp Hosts for the Australian market. Outbound sales focus with cold calling via phone, email, SMS. Qualify leads, document opportunities in CRM, hand off to a Supply Acquisition Manager, meet activity and pipeline targets, and contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative remote team. Requires 1–2 years of sales/business development experience with outbound prospecting, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in a sales or business development role with a strong outbound prospecting component
- outbound calling experience
- experience using CRM systems
- proficiency in Google Workspace
- ability to work independently in a remote environment
