Job Summary
Manage physical and visual security of F135 spares, issuing hardware to the depot and accounting for retrograde returns via SAP/ERP. Oversee kitting processes, including material review boards, U.S. government property verification, and unserviceable material handling. Coordinate with global warehouses for rapid pick/pack/ship operations and update government property systems for material upgrades. Dual-task support for Joint Spares Pool inventory, Deployment Spares Packages, and tailored kit builds to compress repair turnaround times. Serve as the international trade compliance focal for all imports and exports originating or ending at the MUW in Australia. This role transitions from Oklahoma City training to an on-site location in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Operations experience in warehousing or supporting aircraft maintenance
- Advanced degree with 3 years of Operations experience in warehousing or supporting aircraft maintenance
- U.S. citizenship
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- Ability to obtain all required work permits and other access requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with engine MRO Depot level maintenance
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence multiple functional groups to reach a common objective
- Demonstrated experience in understanding and exceeding customer expectations in an MRO production environment
- Excellent communication skills
