Job Summary
Patrol exterior and community areas, monitor surveillance cameras for disruptions, and control access for employees and visitors. Operate magnetometers and X-ray machines, use two-way radios for clear communication, and provide CPR or first aid when needed. Submit detailed daily activity reports and incidents while maintaining credentials per contract requirements. This role involves interpreting rules, regulations, and directives. Requires a valid Texas Armed Security License, Security Guard Card, and two years of security experience. Full and part-time shifts available across all days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be able to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures per contract
- Must possess and maintain a valid Security Guard Card
- Strong relevant knowledge of the security industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a customer service-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers
- At Least 2 Years of College
- High School Diploma/GED
- TxDPS Security License (Texas Armed)
- CPR/First Aid
- Two (2) years of experience security experience
- Must be able to use magnetometer and X-ray machines
- Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios clearly and concisely
- Performing CPR or first aid when needed
- Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements
