Job Summary
Conduct relationship-oriented daily support for young people, including regular supervision and professional guidance. Collaborate closely with the youth welfare office and leadership while maintaining autonomy in pedagogical work. Apply empathy and communication skills within a team environment, adapting to irregular working hours as required. This role is part of Step by Step's mission to accompany youth on their journey with heart and strong team backing.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
- Pädagogische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
