Conduct theoretical and practical training in health care, pediatric, and geriatric nursing across three years. Complete daily clinical rotations at partner practices and the Vitos Clinic while learning from engaged instructors. Pass the intermediate and state final examinations to qualify for nationwide care roles. Apply for the position with an Abitur, Realschulabschluss, or equivalent vocational background.
