Conduct data collection in Business Intelligence and derive data-driven business decisions. Design, manage, and operate digital sales and communication channels, including CRM systems, frontends, and databases. Analyze and optimize efficient, partly AI-supported sales processes and coordinate projects at the interface between IT and sales. Actively shape the digital transformation of the energy sales division while engaging in operational processes. Participate in data analysis, efficiency improvements of sales processes, and optimization of procurement portfolios. Complete a three-year alternating training program with two weeks at the company and one week at the vocational school, starting August 15, 2027, in Berlin.
