Operate CNC and conventional lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision metal components while programming numerically controlled systems and setting up production workflows. Plan and organize daily work tasks, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure quality control of finished parts. Collaborate with colleagues to support production planning and adhere to strict safety protocols. This three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship includes training at the plant and vocational school, with opportunities to advance into roles such as Industrial Master or Machine Building Technician.
