Operate and monitor packaging machinery while producing cartonage, films, and labels, ensuring consistent product quality. Design packaging models using modern 3D software and develop creative packaging solutions. Rotate through departments including paper processing, mechanics, and the lab to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Participate in block instruction at the papermaking school in Altenburg for 16 weeks each year. Complete a three-year apprenticeship starting August 1, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 38 hours and 30 days of vacation.
