Operate and prepare machinery across production departments including Brätherstellung, Wursterei, Verpackung, Technik, and Quality Assurance. Manage quality assurance protocols, dose and weigh raw materials, and adhere to safety and environmental regulations. Rotate through different departments annually to gain diverse experience while completing PC tasks and azubi projects. Maintain a 37-hour weekly schedule with daily hours varying by current department.
