Job Summary
Conduct daily insurance and financial product consultations at Point of Sale locations within Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare and follow up on advisory conversations, draft proposals, and support the team in closing contracts while learning regional vocational school curriculum. Engage directly with customers regarding insurance, savings, and investment decisions. This three-year apprenticeship (2.5 years possible) begins August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,355 rising to €1,520, plus holiday and Christmas pay. Candidates require a Realschulabschluss or Fachhochschulreife, a driver's license, and a passion for practical, advisory roles.
