Prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, draft proposals, and assist the team in closing contracts while learning core product knowledge. Complete theoretical training at the regional vocational school or GenoKolleg in Münster alongside practical on-the-job experience. The program includes a structured mentoring system and talent development opportunities, with a standard duration of 2.5 to 3 years. Candidates must hold a Realschulabschluss or higher and possess a driver's license. Fixed monthly remuneration ranges from €1,355 to €1,520, supplemented by vacation pay and Christmas bonuses.
