Job Summary
Conduct daily sales support at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches, preparing and following up on consultation conversations while assisting the team with contract closures. Learn insurance and financial products through regional vocational school or GenoKolleg training in Münster, working alongside mentors to guide clients on decisions regarding insurance, savings, and financial assets. Complete a 2.5 to 3-year apprenticeship starting August 2027, earning a fixed monthly stipend of €1,355 rising to €1,520 by the third year, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses. Requires a Realschulabschluss or Fachhochschulreife, a driver's license at start, and a strong interest in economic topics.
