Conduct daily advisory work for customers regarding insurance, savings, and financial products at Point of Sale locations within Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, generate proposals, and support the team in contract closures while studying theory at a regional vocational school or GenoKolleg in Münster. Understand R+V insurance and financial products through hands-on client interaction and team collaboration. The program runs for 2.5 to 3 years starting August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,355, €1,432, or €1,520 depending on the year, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses. Candidates require a Realschulabschluss or Fachhochschulreife, a driver's license, and a strong interest in economic topics. Successful applicants may receive financial support for study materials and travel costs.
