Job Summary
Conduct daily advisory work with customers at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches, preparing and following up on consultation conversations while assisting the team with contract closures. Learn R+V insurance and financial products through regional vocational school training and GenoKolleg sessions in Münster. Draft proposals and support the team in closing deals while engaging clients on decisions regarding insurance, savings, and financial assets. Complete a 2.5 to 3-year apprenticeship starting August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,355 rising to €1,520, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses. Requires Realschulabschluss or Fachhochschulreife, a driver's license, and a strong aptitude for practical, advisory challenges.
