Job Summary
Prepare for a 2.5-year dual training in bank sales at R+V Versicherung, working alongside Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken at the Point of Sale and studying at GenoKolleg in Münster. You will learn insurance and financial products, conduct client consultations, prepare and follow up on advisory conversations, and support the team in closing contracts. The program includes mentoring, structured training, and potential career advancement into sales roles. A driver's license is required at the start of training.
