Job Summary
Prepare for a dual training program in bank sales at R+V Versicherung, working alongside Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks while studying at a regional vocational school. You will accompany clients on important decisions regarding insurance, savings, and financial products, prepare counseling conversations, create offers, and support the team in contract closures. You will learn our insurance and financial products through hands-on experience with real customers. The program runs for 2.5 to 3 years starting August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of 1,455 to 1,620 euros plus holiday and Christmas bonuses. A driver's license is required at the start of training.
