Job Summary
Conduct daily advisory support for customers regarding insurance, savings, and financial products at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, create offers, and assist the team in contract closures while learning R+V's product range. Complete theoretical training at the GenoKolleg in Münster alongside practical on-site work. The program runs for 2.5 years starting August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend ranging from €1,455 to €1,620 plus holiday and Christmas bonuses. A driver's license is required at the start of the training.
Required Qualifications
- Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Führerschein bei Ausbildungsbeginn
- Neugier und Freude an Beratung und wirtschaftlichen Themen
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen
