Job Summary
Conduct daily advisory support for customers regarding insurance, savings, and financial products while working at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare for and follow up on counseling conversations, create offers, and assist the team in contract closures. Receive theoretical training at the GenoKolleg in Münster alongside practical on-the-job experience. This dual training program spans 2.5 years starting August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend ranging from €1,455 to €1,620 plus annual bonuses. A driver's license is required at the start of the program.
Required Qualifications
- Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Führerschein bei Ausbildungsbeginn
