Job Summary
Work in the banking sales training program at R+V Insurance, supporting customers with decisions on insurance, savings, and financial products while collaborating closely with Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, create proposals, and assist the team in contract closures. Learn company insurance and financial products through theory and practical application at the GenoKolleg in Münster. The 2.5-year dual training starts August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,455 rising to €1,620, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses. A driver's license is required at the start.
Required Qualifications
- Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Führerschein bei Ausbildungsbeginn
