Job Summary
Prepare for a 2.5-year dual apprenticeship in bank sales at R+V Versicherung, working directly with Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks branches. Conduct daily advisory sessions for customers regarding insurance, savings, and financial products while preparing and following up on consultation meetings. Draft proposals and support the team in contract closures, alternating between Point of Sale duties in bank branches and theoretical training at GenoKolleg in Münster. Obtain a driver's license by the start date and possess a Realschulabschluss or equivalent. Receive a fixed monthly stipend starting at 1,455 €, plus vacation and Christmas pay, alongside benefits including a smartphone, laptop, and 30 days of vacation.
