Job Summary
Prepare for a 2.5-year dual training in bank sales at R+V Versicherung, working directly with Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches to guide clients on insurance, savings, and financial products. You will prepare and conduct counseling sessions, draft proposals, and support the team in closing contracts while studying theory at the GenoKolleg in Münster. The program includes a mentoring framework, structured talent development, and the option to shorten the duration to two years based on performance. Fixed monthly stipends range from €1,455 to €1,620, supplemented by vacation pay and holiday bonuses.
