Job Summary
Conduct daily sales support at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches, preparing and following up on consultation conversations while assisting the team with contract closures. Learn R+V insurance and financial products through practical application alongside theoretical training at the GenoKolleg in Münster. Draft offers and accompany clients on decisions regarding insurance, savings, and financial assets. The 2.5-year apprenticeship begins August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,455 rising to €1,620, plus holiday and Christmas pay. A driver's license is required at start; a Realschulabschluss or Fachhochschulreife is needed. The program includes mentoring, talent development, and potential early termination after two years for high performers.
