The program combines theoretical and practical training over a standard 2.5-year period (reducible to 2 years for high performers), with a fixed monthly stipend starting at €1,455. Candidates must hold a Realschulabschluss or Fachhochschulreife, possess a driver's license, and demonstrate motivation for practical, challenge-oriented work.
