You will prepare and follow up on counseling sessions, create proposals, and support the team in contract closures while gaining practical experience at the point of sale and theoretical knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster. This 2.5-year program includes a mentoring framework, with successful candidates eligible for a shortened duration. The role offers a fixed monthly salary starting at €1,455, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses, along with benefits like a learning allowance and vehicle cost participation.
