Job Summary
Prepare for a 2.5-year dual vocational training in banking sales at R+V Versicherung, working alongside Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks. You will assist customers with insurance, savings, and financial decisions, prepare consultation conversations, and support contract closures. The program combines theory and practice at the Point of Sale and GenoKolleg in Münster, featuring a mentoring structure and potential early termination after two years. Starting August 2027, you receive a fixed monthly stipend of 1,455 to 1,620 euros plus annual bonuses, while gaining access to modern devices and health benefits.
